Please find below the schedule for “UCEC 2017 Optional Tour”. You can register for the tour from the registration page on our website. Please be informed that the tour can ONLY be conducted with a minimum of 30 to maximum of 35 persons. Therefore, the tour registration will be closed once the number of registration reaches the limit.

*Please note that this tour is NOT organized by the UCEC and it will not be held responsible for any loss, damages or troubles that may occur during the tour.
*The full price will be refunded during the conference, if the minimum of 30 persons is not reached, and the tour is cancelled.

16:30	Kyoto University of Foreign Studies

Due to our registration system, you will not be able to apply for Optional tour after you complete the payment for your registration.

This is a gentle reminder that registration for the optional tour must be made at the time of registration for the UCEC conference.
